Terms of use.

These terms cover the GPTandME hosted companions and website operated by CHAOLLA PARK (Madan). Questions: chaollapark@gmail.com.

The service

The companions calculate summaries, prepare report content, and transform journal snapshots supplied by users. They are currently offered without a service charge. Any future paid offering will require separate pricing and terms; using this version does not authorize a payment or subscription.

Your inputs and outputs

You retain rights in your content. You permit us and our hosting provider to process it solely to perform the operation you request. Supply only content you have the right to use. Do not send credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information. You may retain and use the results; you are responsible for deciding whether to share them.

Accuracy and responsibility

Counts describe records in your export, not complete activity, successful responses or productivity. Journal entries are user-reported and evidence is not independently verified. Subscription comparisons use supplied prices and do not provide financial advice, execute purchases, cancel plans or establish savings. Check the source, coverage, dates and assumptions before relying on a result.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with other users, evade rate limits, probe for private data, or overload the endpoints. We may restrict abusive traffic or change limits to protect availability. The service may change or be unavailable; no uptime commitment is provided. No automatic data synchronization or durable file storage is included.

Limits and rights

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that every result is complete or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Eligibility, privacy and changes

The service is not directed to children under 13. You must also satisfy the age and account rules of your chat provider. Our privacy policy explains processing and retention. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. You may stop using the service at any time.
